Mount the camera on the outside of the building.  Antenna will also be on the outside, beside the camera (with antenna extender fed through to inside) Drill a small hole to feed Video  and power cables (and antenna extender) to inside.  Mount Transmitter inside on wall, connect video cable from camera and antenna extender, to the transmitter.  Connect power cable to transmitter, and separate power cable for camera, and plug into a power strip.
